Today, we are bombarded with messages about how to feel better, yet much of this information comes from Big Pharma, Big Food & Big Drink. And they don’t have our best interests at heart. It’s all about the green (and I’m not talking about kale!).
Nature has provided mankind with a plethora of ways to regain and/or maintain our health. Fruits, vegetables, herbs, trees, bushes, flowers, minerals. Eaten raw or cooked; ground into powder; distilled into essential oils or wines. All there for us to enjoy and benefit from.

I am so astounded with the idea of alphabetical essential nutrients . Perhaps, what you have mentioned are true since all of it was essential and we should take the right amount for our body though there are plant-derived plants haven’t mentioned there. There are also plants that I only encountered it here. Thanks for the information though.
